CANCELATION POLICY

-Cancel for any reason 7 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund.

-If a guest cancels their booking within 7 days of the check-in date of the booking, Oahu Stays reserves the right to keep the full amount paid minus cleaning fee. Any refund will be at Oahu Stay’s discretion, unless it is able to re-book out the accommodation to other guests, in which case it shall make a refund to you of your booking cost less the administration fee of $25.00, and less any difference in price where the replacement booking was of a lesser value. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

 

• Oahu Stays reserves the right to cancel bookings up to the check-in date where it is necessary due to reasons outside of Oahu Stays’ reasonable control, or in the event of an overbooking due to delays or errors within the booking system. In the event of such cancellation the guest will receive a full refund. Oahu Stays will also make reasonable efforts in helping the guest book a similar property at a similar price within the same Condotel.
