Our check in time is 4pm or after. As we typically have the same day turnover, we can’t accommodate early check in, but I will always message as you as soon as your condo is ready.

Our check out time is 11am. As we typically have the same day turnover we can’t accommodate later check out.

Yes, there is a parking garage in the building. Two of our condos offer complimentary parking to our guests. Our third condo has only a paid option, which is $23 per night.

Yes, there is a laundry facility in the building. You will receive instructions on it’s exact location in your welcome e-mail along with your check in code for the smart lick.

Yes, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boars, coolers and some beach toys.

Our family owns and manages our 3 condos and we take a lot of pride in keeping and maintaining our properties in excellent condition. We have the most wonderful, reliable cleaning crew and many times we are on site working side by side with them. We thoroughly sanitize and disinfect after each and every guests. The beach is less than 5 minute walks from any of our condos.

As this is a private condo we do not provide a daily housekeeping. We can arrange a mid stay cleaning for $120. Just send us a message.

You can cancel for any reason 5 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. There will be no refund if the cancellation is less than 5 days before the arrival date. We highly recommend getting Travel Insurance.
